It was 10 a.m. and Varun was in his flight with his other teammates one of them was Varun old friend from the academy Armaan Kaushik who was an interrogation specialist The other was Bahadur Singh whose father was Nepali and he had been working with RAW for more than 10 years. He preferred to stay quiet while the two friends discussed how life has changed since they have been recruited.
Armaan was now engaged and about to get married next month
"Want to order something?" Armaan asked Varun
"Yes," Varun said
"We are about to reach Kathmandu" Bahadur finally broke his silence.
A can was waiting for them outside the airport and took them to a safe house on the outskirts of Kathmandu there was a person from the local police waiting from the outside
"So you plan to take both of them to India?'' he asked
"It depends" Varun replied
"you know I'm not allowed to arrest someone and then just give them off to some foreign spys," he said
"Don't worry we will take care of everything" Armaan said
"You guys go inside," Bahadur said " I am not feeling well I need some fresh air I will join you both in few minutes"
Varun and Armaan entered the room it was not painted and the cement was still fresh on the wall there was a small window but it was grilled both of the arrested Nepalis was sitting on a chair.
Varun when went ahead and sat opposite to them. Armaan kept standing behind him leaning against the wall.
'So you both are brothers, I was told" Varun said
Neither of them responded, there they were looking down
"So on whose order did you pack the truck?" Varun asked
There was still not any reply
"Ok tell me did you know anything about the content that you shifted?' Varun asked
"We don't know anything Sir both of us are from former nearby village .we are daily wage workers" the elder one replied
"So tell me who are you working for?' Varun asked this time the look on his face was very serious
This time also none of them replied Armaan came forward and said "it's better if you tell the truth but if you refuse you will be forcing us to use violence"
The elder brother started staring Armaan
"So you won't understand like this" Armann aid and then suddenly he jumped and grab the color of the younger brother dragged him and took him to the wall and started kicking him
"Don't do that!!" the elder brother cried but Armaan continued his assault
"You better tell the truth if you want him to stop," Varun told him
Suddenly bahadur entered the room
Armaan shouted, "Bahadur pass me that road I'll make this bastard speak."
Bahadur did as he was told.
Suddenly Varun received a call it was Sharma. Varun took his phone and went outside
"So how is it going?" Sharma asked
"They haven't said anything yet sir" Varun replied
"Listen Varun the prime Minister wants India to handle this matter on its own it does not want to you take it to international level before he sure of something, a few years back a similar case came out but during the investigation, nothing suspicious could be found so so this time he wants has to be extra careful and sure of everything also make sure that this interrogation does not go out of hand as the Nepali authorities have not been officially contacted for this," Sharma said
"Don't worry sir, I will finish this soon," Varun said
"Ok I will contact you later," Sharma said and disconnected the call.
Varun looked in the sky it was getting cloudy and it seemed that it was about to rain. He went inside the room Armaan was still beating the younger brother Varun went near the elder one and said 'you better tell the truth now otherwise he won't hesitate to take the life out of your brother it's your last chance."
He started crying and finally broke his silence "ok stop! I'll tell you everything but just don't hurt my younger brother. He Is precious to me. I don't want him to be harmed in any manner It was a Chinese guy he offered us 3000 rupees for this work we are very less income and therefore could not refuse is offer his offer"
"I need a name," Varun said
"He did not tell us his name he bought the boxes here last month and went away then the truck came and kept the boxes inside it."
Armaan finally relaxed and sat down Varun then tried calling Sharma but he didn't pick his call so they started waiting and stock a conversation
"So Varun where did you last went?" Armaan asked
"You know I am not supposed to tell you that Armaan" Varun laughed
"Yes I know but you seemed to be a little depressed since we met is everything alright," Armaan asked
"Actually not," Varun said
"What happened?" Armaan asked
"there was a person I had been working with a month and suddenly now I know that he is dead."
"O man, was he one of our guys? " Armaan asked
"Yes you must have heard his name Rajan " Varun replied
"I can book hotel marigold," Bahadur said
"He was there, I remember that Chinese man lived in that hotel only" the elder brother stated
"I will go and check the details," Bahadur said
"Yes that's correct," Armaan said
"I think that we can release the two brothers now," Varun said.
Armaan and Varun together took a flight path to New Delhi and reported to headquarters. Bahadur came the next day

"I have checked with the hotel" bahadur said
"Our answers but not in Nepal they lie somewhere else," Varun said
"Our answers lie in China", Armaan replied
